Georgian Spell CheckTerms of Use

These terms apply to the Georgian Spell Check plugin for Adobe InDesign (“the plugin”), published by Wer Michelle (“we”). By installing or using the plugin you agree to them.
1. Use
The plugin is free. You may install it and use it for personal and commercial work. You may not sell or redistribute the plugin as your own product.
2. Suggestions and your documents
Spelling, typography and AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. The plugin changes your document only when you click a fix button, and “Fix all” asks for confirmation first. Every change can be reverted with InDesign's Undo. You are responsible for reviewing the text you publish and for keeping backups of your documents.
3. AI check and Anthropic
The optional AI check uses Anthropic's API with your own API key. Your use of Anthropic's services is governed by your agreement with Anthropic, and Anthropic bills the usage to your Anthropic account. Cost figures shown in the plugin are estimates; Anthropic's invoice is authoritative. We are not responsible for the availability, results or charges of Anthropic's services.
4. Third-party components
The plugin includes open-source components under their own licenses, listed in the file THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt inside the plugin. The Georgian dictionary is ka_GE.spell (MIT License), built from GeoWordsDatabase (MIT License) and Crúbadán (CC BY 4.0).
5. No warranty
The plugin is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the plugin.
7. Trademarks
Adobe and InDesign are either registered trademarks or trademarks of Adobe in the United States and/or other countries. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. The plugin is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe or Anthropic.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
